Els and Sander have been living and working in Pedralba, in the Valencia region, since 2022. Spain had always felt familiar to us, but when we were together in Valencia and Sander said: [/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https://vakantiehuisvalencia.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/sander-en-els-2-1024×679.webp” alt=”Sander and Els” title_text=”Sander and Els” align=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” width=”72%” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=”Section Intro Content” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ text_font=”Open Sans||||||||” text_text_color=”#666666″ text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”28px” text_orientation=”center” width=”70%” width_tablet=”100%” width_phone=”” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center” custom_margin=”16px||16px||true|false” custom_padding=”5px|0px|5px|0px|true|true” text_font_size_tablet=”16px” text_font_size_phone=”15px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” text_line_height_tablet=”26px” text_line_height_phone=”25px” text_line_height_last_edited=”on|tablet” global_colors_info=”{}”]

Els has had a great love for Spain since childhood. She previously lived in Madrid and went to school in Salamanca. The language, culture, gastronomy, and relaxed rhythm always felt like coming home. Sander felt the same way immediately in Valencia: the light, nature, space, and friendly people match who we are.

While we thoroughly enjoy the outdoor lifestyle here, we both still work with great pleasure. Els is a certified Spanish real estate agent and Brand Ambassador for the Spanish furniture brand Alexandra. Sander works as a business and marketing consultant for both Dutch and Spanish companies. Life here gives us exactly the balance we were looking for: space and tranquility to enjoy, and the opportunity to continue doing what we love.

We live together with our dogs Juan and Lemmy on a 1.2-hectare plot, where we happily rent out the independent guest house of Casa Pájaros. Casa Pájaros is our home under the Spanish sun, and we love sharing this special place with you!

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https://vakantiehuisvalencia.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/vakantiehuis-valencia-zwembad-7.jpeg” alt=”holiday home valencia – pool 7″ title_text=”holiday home valencia – pool 7″ align=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=”Heading” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ header_3_font=”Poppins||||||||” header_3_text_color=”#333333″ header_3_font_size=”42px” header_3_letter_spacing=”1px” header_3_line_height=”52px” text_orientation=”center” custom_margin=”0px||15px||false|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|true|true” global_colors_info=”{}”]

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Section Intro Content” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ text_font=”Open Sans||||||||” text_text_color=”#666666″ text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”28px” text_orientation=”center” width=”70%” width_tablet=”100%” width_phone=”” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center” custom_margin=”0px||0px||true|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|true|true” text_font_size_tablet=”16px” text_font_size_phone=”15px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” text_line_height_tablet=”26px” text_line_height_phone=”25px” text_line_height_last_edited=”on|tablet” global_colors_info=”{}”]

Casa Pájaros, located 35 km from Valencia, offers a wonderful stay among the orange groves. The guest house is spaciously and comfortably furnished, with two large bedrooms with excellent beds, two bathrooms, a separate laundry room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with TV and fast internet.

Outside, you can enjoy plenty of space and privacy: a terrace overlooking the valley, a large private patio with dining table, an outdoor plunge pool and outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, a spacious garden, and a large swimming pool with an Ibiza-style lounge bed. Dogs are welcome! Our own dogs are friendly, calm, and very social with other dogs. They don’t enter the guest house and won’t disturb your stay.

Around the house, you can immediately take beautiful walks through the fields and surrounding mountains. In the village, you can play tennis and padel, and if you really want to relax, we’ll gladly arrange for an excellent masseur to come to the house.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ custom_padding_last_edited=”on|phone” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ background_color=”#ffffff” min_height=”697px” custom_margin=”-62px||-62px||true|false” custom_padding=”80px|0px|80px|0px|true|true” custom_padding_tablet=”40px||40px||true|true” custom_padding_phone=”40px||40px||true|true” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_row custom_padding_last_edited=”on|phone” _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_margin=”0px||0px||false|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|50px|0px|false|true” custom_padding_tablet=”||40px||false|true” custom_padding_phone=”||30px||false|true” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://vakantiehuisvalencia.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/100x14x1.png” title_text=”100x14x1″ align=”center” admin_label=”Section Heading Under Line” _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_margin=”0px||15px||false|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|true|true” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=”Section Heading” _builder_version=”4.16″ header_2_font=”Poppins||||||||” header_2_text_align=”center” header_2_text_color=”#333333″ header_2_font_size=”50px” header_2_letter_spacing=”1px” header_2_line_height=”60px” custom_margin=”||15px||false|false” custom_margin_tablet=”||10px||false|false” custom_margin_phone=”” custom_margin_last_edited=”on|tablet” custom_padding=”0px||0px|0px|true|false” global_colors_info=”{}”]

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Section Intro Content” _builder_version=”4.16″ text_font=”Open Sans||||||||” text_text_color=”#666666″ text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”28px” text_orientation=”center” width=”70%” width_tablet=”100%” width_phone=”” width_last_edited=”on|phone” module_alignment=”center” custom_margin=”0px||0px||true|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|true|true” text_font_size_tablet=”16px” text_font_size_phone=”15px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” text_line_height_tablet=”26px” text_line_height_phone=”25px” text_line_height_last_edited=”on|tablet” global_colors_info=”{}”]

What our guests say about their stay at Casa Pajeros, holiday home in Valencia.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row module_class=”about” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ custom_margin=”-22px||-22px||true|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|true|true” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_slider show_pagination=”off” arrows_custom_color=”#ee7f38″ dot_nav_custom_color=”#ee7f38″ module_class=”about-test-slider” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ min_height=”523px” custom_margin=”0px||0px||true|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|false|true” auto=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_slide _builder_version=”4.27.4″ background_color=”rgba(126,190,197,0)” background_enable_color=”on” global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_transition=”on”]

“Great hosts, including the dogs.
