Seasonal Prices
In the peak season, the minimum rental period is two weeks, in the pre- and post-season one week, and in the low season one month. If you rent your holiday home Valencia for longer periods, we can agree on a special price. Water and electricity are included (€50 per week), final cleaning costs €150.
